Hello, I’m Amanda Pittas, a Clinical Nutritionist passionate about supporting tired, unwell and stressed people to prioritise themselves and their health so that they feel energetic, motivated and on top of their health again.
I’ve been where you are before too. In the past I struggled with raising a young family, whilst juggling work and extra commitments, which eventually led to chronic pain and inflammation where I could barely roll out of bed anymore. I felt like my health and wellbeing became severely impacted and was setting myself up for more detrimental health issues if I didn’t get things under control. Thankfully my passion for knowledge and nutritious food led me to studying nutritional medicine and helped me to turn things around so that I could lead the kind of life I was always meant to live - healthy, happy and thriving.
