Private Consultations

I’d love to work with you to help you create a more balanced life through nutrition.

Assessments are tailored individually in a two step process.

1) A 90 minute initial consultation begins with a fact finding session, evaluating your needs and circumstances. I then analyse this information to produce a Comprehensive Nutritional Plan designed to achieve your health goals including a meal guide with recommended foods, shopping list and supplements (if needed).

2) A 45 minute follow-up consultation then takes place to present and discuss the Comprehensive Nutritional Plan and my recommendations.

Thereafter, ongoing follow-up consultations are 45 minutes where together we review your progress, address any new symptoms or changes in your circumstances and re-align your goals.

Consultations are available online.

  • Health fund rebates are available with in clinic consultations: Medibank Private, AHM, CBHS, NIB, Westfund. Or check with your health provider.

Gut - LOW FODMAP Program
