What can you expect during the program?

You can expect a supportive, structured journey that meets you where you are physically. We’ll focus on building habits that nourish your body and rebuild your confidence in caring for your body nutritionally. You’ll have access to a wide range of resources to guide and motivate you every step of the way including regular check-ins with me and full access to the Client Portal Chat feature.

Will I lose weight?

Yes, many of my clients experience healthy, sustainable weight loss. But more importantly, they feel lighter, clearer, more energised, and more like themselves. Your results will come from supporting your body, not punishing it.

Are the meals VEGAN?

There is a variety of meals offering red / white meat, fish and plant based meals. The meals can be mixed and matched and substituted with a protein, vegetable or grain that meets your tastes.

Are the meals gluten-free or dairy-free?

Absolutely, there are always other options to fit your dietary needs. Whether you're gluten-free, dairy-sensitive, or plant-based, there are satisfying, delicious options that work for you.

Can I use the meal plan for my family too?

Yes! The meals are simple, nourishing, and flexible, designed so the whole household can enjoy them. No separate dinners or diet food, just real, enjoyable meals that support your goals.

How long is the program, and how often will we meet? (group program only or at request)

Most women work with me over 12 weeks with bi-weekly check-ins. This gives you time to learn, integrate, and thrive, without rushing. Note: the DIY programs don’t include check-ins but if you feel you need that additional support you can always request a session.

What are the payment options?

You can pay in full or choose a payment plan, both handled securely. I believe wellness should feel supportive, including the finances.
